Responsibilities
* Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.
* Design user interfaces that are incredibly simple and elegant, covering all aspects of the UI/design language within the product and the service eco-system, and possibly beyond, on all marketing materials (web sites, videos, etc).
* Contribute to strategic decisions with the product and engineering team.
* Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.
* Partner with PMs, engineers, researchers to oversee the user interface of a product from conception until launch.
* Build and maintain a UI system and it’s library.
* Contribute in framing an innovation and a user-centred design best practices and a design culture.
Minimum qualifications
* Degree in design, graphic/interaction design.
* 7-10y experience.
* A solid experience in the design of mobile first user interfaces of complex and evolving information systems.
* A solid experience in premium/elegant graphic design, typography, information design, animation/transition and sound design integration where relevant, primarily for mobile UI.
* A demonstration of exploration and shipping of innovative interfaces.
* Very good understanding of kinetic experiences and sound design integration.
* Excellent quick and iterative prototyping skills. Some experience with front-end programming/to code up a simple web site and/or an application is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate your design decisions.
* Ability to think at a conceptual level and provide a solid ground to drive and evaluate design execution.
* Experience in building and shipping applications or software.
* Must have a portfolio featuring examples of interaction/service/innovation by design work.
* Some experience with front-end programming, quick prototyping and able to code up a simple web site and/or an application is a plus.
* Fluent in english, main working language.
